What is The Brews Hall?

The Brews Hall Torrance is home to BUZZROCK Brewing Company and a one-of-a-kind food hall featuring four different food concepts: George Lopez’s Chingon Kitchen, Colin Cowherd’s Herd Burger, Chicken TWILI (The Way I like it) and Rock’N Fish Grill, a Manhattan Beach steak and fish house favorite. The Brews Hall also features a full bar and tap room. All of our food is made from scratch!

Our ideal candidate is currently a Restaurant Manager/Supervisor with a particularly strong background in beer and spirits, and is looking to take his or her career to the next level. This Position is for you if you have...

• At least 2 years prior experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor in a fast casual or full service dining establishment.
• A strong knowledge and background in beverage, including spirits, wine, and especially craft beer!
• The desire and ability to be “the mayor of your village”. You engage with every guest and make them want to come back again and again. Hospitality is at the core of everything we do.
• A track record as a positive leader. A lot of people will be looking to you for guidance. Inspire them and hold them accountable to do their jobs well.
• A sincere and strong desire to be a part of this very unique company, and a willingness to commit to making it a success.
• Extensive knowledge with POS, food safety, alcohol/beverage controls, inventory, ordering, and financials.
• Excitement about working with an amazing group of people.
