IHOP is the leader in the family dining segment with over 1500 locations and has been a restaurant of choice since 1958. IHOP restaurants are owned and operated by individual franchisees. We are a franchise based in Springfield, MO with locations in the Springfield/Branson area of Missouri, Columbia, MO, and Kentucky.
We are looking for outstanding candidates to join our winning team. General Manager level experience is preferred but not necessary. The candidate must possess the ability to drive sales and control costs for maximum profits. Additionally, the candidate must be committed to maintaining our coveted “A” status as IHOP operators as defined by performance and compliance benchmarks determined by the franchisor.
