We are currently looking for an Experienced Residential Retrofit Installer to join our team!

Pay Rate: $30-$42/hour Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:

• In charge of executing quality residential retrofit HVAC installs
• Excellent communication with homeowners
• Ability to install AC, Furnace and HWH systems from start to finish and commissioning/start up
• Manage project timelines and work scope
• Ability to keep track of tools and be well organized
• Manage all required paperwork pertaining to the AC install
• Explain the system to the homeowner once installed
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Help train and develop the HVAC install helper as needed

Requirements:

• 3 years HVAC Lead Installer experience
• Advanced knowledge of AC, Refrigeration and Heating principles
• Journeyman Install Experience is helpful
• EPA Certification
• Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building code
• Driver's license with insurable driving record
• Must pass drug and background screens
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
