We are based in Greenwood Village CO, our operation has been in business since 2001, however Listings.com became our name locally in 2017. We currently have offices in 3 states; Washington, Florida, and Colorado, and we are growing. Our residential property management team hanldes over 350 single family residential homes in Colorado, all owned by individual landlords. (not apartment complexes).

Property Manager / Leasing Manager

We are currently seeking an organized and responsible Leasing Manager to support our residential property management team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with single family residential property management, be highly organized, have a strong ability to multi-task, and be a great communicator. The Leasing Manager will direct and oversee all daily leasing activities including delegation of tasks, tracking performance, and directing the processes of the leasing department. The Leasing Manager will also flawlessly prepare real estate contracts, real estate leases, and legal notices. They will collect and distribute rents, pro-rate utilities and other charges, and distribute security deposits.

Leasing Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
  • Prepare and review Property Management contracts.
  • Oversee rent collection and disbursement with financial reconciliation.
  • Ensure all property files are prepared and maintained in an orderly and logical manner.
  • Train new employees in leasing work processes and procedures.
  • Maintain client and tenant relationships.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and administrations of the Leasing department. properties.
  • Ensure the leasing operations are in compliance with the standards and expectations of the company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local laws governing housing.
  • Understand and comply with all Federal and State Laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws, regulations, etc.
  • Manage the daily operation of the leasing department, in accordance with the company policies and procedures, and management expectations
  • Identify deficiencies and communicates with management to correct deficiencies
  • Respond promptly to questions, inquiries, and requests from tenants, owners, vendors, visitors, and staff, appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure excellent customer service
  • Other duties as assigned

Leasing Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • Organizational skills and capability to prioritize a must
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain professionalism
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 3+ years relevant experience in property management and residential leasing
  • Previous managerial experience highly preferred
  • Ability to consistently maintain positive client relationships required
  • Can effectively and efficiently handle administrative responsibilities
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite) and a solid understanding of other software
  • Strong Appfolio experience highly desired
