About IRI
IRI is seeking a seasoned Residential Program Coordinator to join our residential services team. As a residential program coordinator, you will lead a cluster of 5 residential programs while providing guidance and oversight to the program managers and staff working under your assigned cluster.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and supervise a group of residential managers to ensure the health and safety of the individuals living in assigned cluster
- Conduct periodic reviews of each residence in cluster ensuring protective oversight, physical plant maintenance, fire safety, medical follow-up, community integration, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee and reconcile personal allowance and petty cash accounts for the programs assigned
- Ensure that proper incident management protocols are followed by all staff and that QA and IRC recommendations are implemented
- Monitor daily data collection forms and billing related information
About You

- You have at least a Bachelor's degree
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an OPWDD-certified residential setting with 3 years of supervisory experience
- You have a valid driver's license
- You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- You are organized and detail-oriented
- You are technology savvy
- You are a strong team player and highly energetic
