Resident Specialist Aid Job at SAFECHR
We are seeking a Resident Aid who will be responsible for providing social, emotional and academic support to students. The Resident Aid is part of the school's residential program and will provide 24-hour supervision to residents who are experiencing social or emotional difficulties. The position requires a high-level of professionalism and compassion and the ability to be both direct and personable when interacting with students.
Responsibilities:
- Promote a positive living environment for residents.
- Offer opportunities for residents to learn about their communities and share their concerns and ideas.
- Assist residents with daily needs.
- Build relationships with residents and staff.
- Cultivate a sense of community between residents and staff.
- Provide support to staff in terms of administrative tasks, organizational issues, and work process management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $1,500.00 per month
