As a Reservations Coordinator, you will have a detailed understanding of Neroli Salon & Spa and Skn BarRX services, speak in luxury language, create solutions when issues arise, and maintain an upbeat and positive attitude. QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to communicate professionally with guests and all team members in the company
• Specific knowledge about the beauty industry, such as trends in hair/makeup
• Well-developed customer services skills
• Desire for personal and professional growth and flexibility
• Salesmanship to meet company goals
• Experience in an office/call center setting for a minimum of 1 year
• Licensed aesthetician that has product knowledge and basic understanding of medi-spa services

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming phone calls within three rings
• Schedule reservations for guests
• Complete full guest screen with each new call
• Participate in goal-setting
• Maintain thorough communication with team members throughout each location
• Provide follow-up phone calls for new guests
• Take guest product and gift card orders
