Granite Peak Property Management Olympic Valley, CA 96146
We’re looking for a Reservation Sales Agent to communicate with potential guests to encourage and facilitate the booking process and make changes or answer questions once a reservation has been made.
The Reservation Sales Agent uses phone, email, and extranet communications to connect with guests, potential guests, and vendors while recording accurate data capture through multiple software programs.
This position is full-time and may include a mixture of AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts. Afternoon/evening availability preferred.
Working from home is an option but must be within commuting distance to the office in Alpine Meadows, CA. The first two weeks of training will be performed in the office.
$20.09/hour plus commission on monthly sales and a ski pass reimbursement for the winter season. The ideal candidate has sales and/or reservations experience, preferably in the hotel or lodging industry.
