Client Services Representative – ProSkill
ProSkill Services is a well-established and growing residential service company whose goal is to make our customers happy. We do it by performing all aspects of plumbing, heating and air conditioning service including repair and replacement sales to homeowners throughout the Entire North Valley.
Our Client Services Representatives must possess a diverse skill set, able to multi-task, work well under pressure and make sound judgement calls under pressure. Our clients are promised 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed, and our Client Services Representatives are accountable for ensuring this happens during every single client interaction.
This is a full-time, non-exempt level position, reporting to the Client Services Manager.
The pay for this role is $18-$25 per hour depending on experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer inbound phone calls for scheduling.
- Support team in scheduling service maintenance, breakdown and new equipment replacement
- Handle inbound email/web portal inquires for scheduling
- Outbound phone calls to existing clients to for scheduling
- Assist sales the sales team in reporting, educating clients on our products and services, scheduling sales appointments, and tracking sales performance
- Act as a liaison between the customer and company, making sure that customer needs are met while maintaining a positive, productive open line of communication between the customer and all company departments
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual Spanish – desired
- Dedicated to providing superior customer service
- Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong judgment skills to make sound business decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic manner
- Ability to talk and type accurately; typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
- Experience with heavy call volume in a versatile environment
- Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent required, college preferred
- 2-3 years of diverse Call Center experience
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and type
- Speaking and hearing ability; heavy communication through talking and listening to employees and clients directly as well as through telephone conversations to resolve issues
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- May lift and/or move up to 10 pounds occasionally
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
