Responsible for the management of data, including the gathering, summarizing, and analyzing of data necessary for reporting development, maintenance, and ongoing utilization of reporting tools. Oversee and develop reporting solutions and projects related to the Contact Center of Excellence (CCOE). Drive and communicate analysis of data to key stakeholders, including senior management. Essential Job Functions

• Create reporting tools and processes that allow key stakeholders to clearly understand data that leads to informed business decisions
• Utilize tools and systems available to the CCOE to create and streamline user-friendly reporting
• Perform data analysis on employee performance, departmental performance, contact drivers, and other key data points as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely information is presented in CCOE reporting
• Maintain contact center databases as defined
• Demonstrate leadership within the team structure and activities
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Minimum Position Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Any Power BI experience
• Any SQL Server experience
• 1 year experience working in an analytical role
• Ability to analyze complex data and present effective reports
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skill with high attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of industry/technical terms and processes
