This position is located at our corporate office in St. Petersburg in the greater Tampa-St. Petersburg-Sarasota area on a Hybrid schedule. Responsibilities:
Trend Identification & Allocation

Develop assortment plans in line with strategic goals to allocate needs based on demand.

Identify geographic and market trends using statistical analysis, media publications, market visits, competitors and product review with field team.

Compile and analyze product performance data identifying missed opportunities.
In-Season Management

Review weekly performance by style, category, etc. with Buyer, Merchandise Manager and Assortment Manager against plan and forecast.

Create and maintain size profiles by store.

Optimize inventory levels by monitoring sales and sizing trends.
- Bachelor degree in Apparel, Merchandising, Design, Finance/Economics, Fashion Retail Management and applicable retail experience is required.
- Intermediate Excel skills with formulas, pivot tables, vlookups and charts & graphs; an advanced understanding of retail math.
- Experience within the retail fashion industry at a management level or knowledge of the sports environment.

Benefits:
Salary Range: $50000 - $52000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
