Taylor Northeast, Inc., is one of the mid-Atlantic’s leading material handling equipment dealerships representing over a dozen premier manufacturers of heavy mobile material handling equipment. Taylor Northeast is a proud member of the H&K Equipment Group of companies which specializes in the selling, leasing, refurbishing, and servicing of industrial equipment and mobile construction machinery including forklift trucks, container handlers, railcar movers, industrial floor sweepers and scrubbers, overhead cranes, and yard spotter trucks. We have 11 locations throughout Pittsburgh, New Castle, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Allentown, York, Syracuse and the New England market and we employ over 350 people.
We are continuing to grow and looking for motivated team members who want to share in our success. We are currently seeking a Rental Coordinator who will be in constant communication with our customers who rent equipment from our extensive rental fleet. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of logistics, rentals, and equipment. This position requires an outgoing personality and exceptional organizational skills as well as a willingness to work as part of a team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with rental prep-staff and logistics for on-time delivery and quality
- Monitor delivery schedules and communicate any delays to customers and team
- Tracking and reporting rental needs to the Rental Manager
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly rentals for correct billing
- Processing and creating rental department invoices and rental contracts
- Communication skills necessary – in person and on the phone.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years in equipment rental would be ideal
- Customer service is a priority
- Results-driven
- Ability to multi-task, juggle competing deadlines and priorities
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook a must!
