Centrex Rehab is seeking to hire a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapist to oversee the rehab department and grow outpatient caseload at Grand Arbor Assisted Living located in Alexandria, MN. We are looking for an individual with leadership experience who will facilitate operations within the rehab department from both a quality and financial standpoint. This individual will also provide direct supervision for each employee within the department and will be expected to provide treatment to patients each week. Prior experience in an outpatient setting is required to facilitate growth of the program. Prior management and supervisory experience is a plus, but not required. We are offering a 20 or 50k signing bonus for joining our therapy team!

Qualifications are:

• PTA certification or PT degree and licensure in the state of MN
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient setting
• Ability to manage inpatient/outpatient therapy programs
• Excellent understanding of all payor sources
• Knowledge of therapy industry and federal, state and local government regulations
• Financial planning and budgeting skills
• Ability to provide therapy on an as-needed basis
