Network Regulatory Specialist Project manager, manage all facets of large scale, cross functional technical projects with broad scope to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget, and quality goals.

Will be working on National/Federal projects.

-Must be able to work in Schertz, TX or Austin Texas.

-Must have a degree and experience with Wireless Regulatory Compliance.

Manage various network deployment projects and project phases: regulatory construction implementation (review regulatory docs: CDs, Station Records, FAA, FCC Filings, NEPA/NHPA reports. Audit pre & post construction review and ensure accuracy and timely submittal of all compliance documents, works with multiple teams to ensure issues are addressed.

Manage regulatory inbound and outbound work/documentation related to the development of multiple, wireless infrastructure projects (Macro, Fiber, Small Cell, In-building). Provide weekly status updates, resolving issues and driving progress, timely review of market regulatory submissions.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure best practices are developed and implemented. An Independent thinker that works with limited supervision.

Resolve disputes and escalations with long term network real estate purposes in mind.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

Independent thinker

Ability to Manage workload with limited supervision

Experience with Wireless Telecom Regulatory

Awareness of with NEAP, NPAL, SHPO, Phase 1 Assessments, (Wireless Compliance)

Project Management (Agile) 2-6

Ability to travel for work related activities up to 25% for training or to support offsite meetings (10% generally as needed).

Excellent Verbal and Written skills

Google Suite/Sheets 3-6 years

DESIRED SKILLS:

Public Speaking

Marketing Experience

Can review read and interpret Zoning & permitting ordinances 1-2 yrs

Prior experience with due diligence documentation (Survey, CDs, Structural, Lease, Title).

Construction bid process and documentation reviews.

Willingness to adapt, learn and have a solution oriented mindset.

Understanding of Wireless Compliance 2-4 years.

Ability to review and understand detailed documentation.

The Perfect Candidate represents them self and the company in a positive light and solution oriented nature. This candidate can provide direction to vendors, reviews due diligence documentation related to compliance requirements, and understands how to seek additional documentation or due diligence when needed. This person will drive results, provide updates and will be able to defuse hostile situations with win-win solutions supported by sound business case logic. Ability to work in, Fuze, G-Mail and Google Docs (Suite) work environment. With proficiency in (Google Sheets or Excel) ability to preform project management activities etux.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelors Degree and 2-6 years relevant experience

REQUIRED SHIFT:

*Position is standard 1-3 days a week in office, 10-25% limited travel to support training related to NEPA compliance, business meetings as needed.
