Sanctuary Pointe Nursing & Rehab Center is a 123 bed Long Term Care and Skilled Rehab facility. We are currently seeking a RN Supervisor to join our team.. Must have weekend availability.

As a Nursing Supervisor you will be responsible for assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care of rehabilitation and long-term care patients. You will be responsible for the oversight of nursing services and assist the DON in managing and motivation staff.

Duties will include:

• Providing direct patient care
• Coordinating care delivery with Physicians and Physician Extenders
• Working to provide our residents and families with the greatest respect and dignity in an effort to enhance the quality of their lives
• Supervising and coaching a team of Nurses and Nurse Aides to ensure excellent care is provided to our residents

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a current Ohio RN Nursing License and be in good standing with the State of Ohio
• Be experienced with Point Click Care
• Have professional experience that includes demonstrated communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Be passionate about serving residents and be willing to go the extra mile
• Possess supervisory experience in a Skilled/Long Term Care setting

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $39.00 per hour
