NEW WAGES UP TO $33/HR

Coral Gables Nursing and Rehabilitation , a skilled nursing facility is now recruiting a full time Nurse RN to become part of our team providing quality care to our residents. This position will require the successfully hired candidate to work at least 40 hours weekly and a willingness to work every other weekend as part of a rotating schedule.

Bonus Incentives:

• $5,000 Sign on Bonus*
• $500 Referral Bonus**. Bring a friend and receive a when successfully hired.

Shifts Available: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a with rotating weekends

Job Duties:

· Oversee patient care and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures

· Work collaboratively, as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team

· Dedicated to providing quality care to our patients

· Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by monitoring confidential information processing

· Perform other duties as assigned or as needed.

Requirements:

· Must possess RN license in the State of Florida with at least 1 years nursing, preferably in a skilled nursing facility

· BLS Certificate

· Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Must Perform duties with professionalism and courtesy at all times

· Willingness to work every other weekend as part of a rotating schedule

· Working knowledge health care laws and regulations

· Highly familiar with HIPAA, Patients’ Rights and skilled nursing facility policies and procedures

· Must be able to pass level II background check and submit valid work references
