We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our Nursing team. Nursing positions would include a regular weekend and holiday rotation. We offer consistent schedules with the choice of 8 hour shifts or 12 hour shifts. As an RN in our facility, you would oversee the cares and flow of the nursing staff during your shift while completing med administration and treatments. Acting as a leader of a designated wing, this position needs to hold strong communication skills for both family and staff interactions. Pay differentials are offered for Evening and NOC shifts.

On an average day, you can expect to:

• Direct the day to day activities of the Nursing Assistants
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administration
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family
• Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer
• Chart and document per facility policy requirements

Job Requirements:

• MN RN License and in good standing on MN Board of Nursing
• Ability to pass a MN background check
• Ability to analyze, review and judge different situations they face and take the right actions according to the situation
• Patience, compassion, and organizational skills are a must in our constantly evolving work environment
