Job description

Summary

The priority of this position is to see that the residents are cared for in a respectful manner and to create an atmosphere of trust, security and love for the residents in your care. To follow orders as instructed by your supervisor and assist in keeping the home running smoothly under the direction of nursing and administrative staff by performing the following duties outlined.

Bathe, dress, and undress residents and pick up their rooms as needed.

Report any significant changes in a resident's behavior to the nursing staff.

Use of Technology - Demonstrates required skills; adapts to new technologies.

Problem Solving - identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; works well in group problem solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.

Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional situations; responds promptly to resident's needs; solicits resident's feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Nursing Assistant License preferred but not required.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
