Gastro Health is currently looking for an enthusiastic full-time Open Access Coordinator to join our team!

The position of Open Access Coordinator is responsible for assessing and scheduling screening and surveillance procedures.

Here are some of the duties you will be responsible for:

• Assess patient
  • Review patient information and assess whether patient can be scheduled in the DCC or at SMJH
• Schedule patient
• Prep Instructions
  • Educate patient on the preparation instructions
  • Send prescription for prep to patient's pharmacy
  • Send prep instructions to the patient
• Manage tasks, emails, and phone calls from patients, referring physician offices and recall patients

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• RN license
