Registered Nurse Job at Chelsea Senior Living
Join Our Team at The Chelsea in Brick NJ. The Assistant Health Services Director will oversee and coordinate health care services for all residents. Educates and empowers and supervises Resident Attendants. Accepts on-call coverage as assigned and works every other weekend.
-Assists with the direction of the Health Care Center.
- - Assists with the initial assessment on all residents to determine their level of care along with reviewing general service plans semi-annually or as- needed
- - Assists with monitoring the condition of the residents as needed; performs medication reviews on each resident with the HSD; monitors medication storage and usage.
- - helps to identify residents needing referral to a physician
- - Assists with resident care as needed. Assists with resident medication administration as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Assisted living, home care or long-term care experience is preferred
- must possess a Registered Nurse license
