Amazing Grace Home Health Care is hiring Registered Nurses for greater Dayton Area.

Job Summary: Provide nursing care to patient in the home setting. Observe and assess the client and/or caregiver to enhance the quality of life. Demonstrate individualized creativity in educating the patient and/or caregiver. Follow nursing policy and procedure per agency standards. Follow the plan of care according to physician orders, transfer, re-certify, and/or discharge home health patients in regards to physician orders.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

1. Registered Nurse (R.N.) with a current license .

2. Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred, however entry level also welcome.

3. Work positively and favorably with patients, families, and staff.

4. Good verbal, written and Communication skills

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Administering medication and treatment per physician orders

· Assessments

· Feedings

· Suctioning

· Observe, assess, and document symptoms

· Monitor patients progress

· Educate patients and caregivers on diseases progress, medication, plan of care and treatment plans

· Notify physicians of changes in the patient condition

· Comply with HIPAA regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
