About the Positions:

We are looking to hire one RBT next month to help expand our Behavior Services Division. This position will pay approximately $36,000.00/year at an entry-level (more with experience and bonuses). You will work under the supervision of a BCBA. In this position, you will...

• Implement intervention plans to teach, prompt, and reinforce adaptive behavior.
• Implement plans to reduce the frequency, duration, or intensity of target reduction behavior.
• Observe other team members (Personal Assistants, Job Coaches, Instructors, Group Assistants, etc.) and collect data about consumer behavior to contribute to their FBAs or the examination of intervention programs.
