Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition - Regional Staffing Leader (RSL) oversees the recruitment needs for an assigned region/market. The RSL attracts, recruits, screens, and refers individual candidates for job openings. The RSL is accountable for sourcing, researching, recruiting, and retaining Non-Profit Organizations (NPO) and other related fundraising groups in assigned markets. This role is responsible for identifying new avenues that deliver superior results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
While performing the duties of this job, it is required to sit, stand, walk, talk, or hear. On occasion, it may be required to climb and work in high places, stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. Position may also require work in confined spaces and exposure to diverse types of outdoor weather conditions. Must occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures complete staffing of events in assigned regions/markets.
- Develops recruitment programs and collateral to attract individual applicants and Non-Profit Organizations (NPO)/fundraising groups to open roles.
- Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
- Develops and maintains contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants/groups.
- Initiates contact with candidates/groups for job openings; leads hiring events, where applicable, and job fairs.
- Sell the company, the company's culture, the position, and more to potential NPO groups and individuals.
- Develops and maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leads.
- Coordinates all advertising/marketing for assigned regions in collaboration with management.
- Makes public presentations at schools, organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and opportunities.
- Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants/groups.
- Coordinates communications with applicants/groups.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in the staffing/event services/crowd management space preferred.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
