THE POSITION:

The FanDuel team is looking for a Sr. Associate, Regional Operations to be part of the #1 Retail Sportsbook. This role will support in the ongoing mission to support the execution of regional strategy by ensuring scalability of activities can be achieved through consistent content creation, updating/synchronizing Sharepoint, and building information retention programs. Ad hoc in the field support when necessary. A collaborative personality, hands on and solution-oriented with strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

THE GAME PLAN:

This role Reporting to Sr. Director Regional Operations, and will work cross functionally with various stakeholders throughout the organization. This role will support with the management of day-to-day activities as it relates retail sportsbook operational efficiencies and effectiveness. This role will also support with executing tasks that support regional operations and leverage current processes and identify improvements where applicable.

  • Works with multiple verticals and various stakeholders to review business needs and goals.
  • Support the implementation of Sportsbook Regional initiatives.
  • Support with management and creation of administration of the department.
  • Provide post launch support in the field in collaboration with the various stakeholders.
  • Provide ad hoc support for ongoing projects as needed.
  • Strategically minded with a focus on KPIs and analytics
  • Ability to develop operational frameworks that balance quality with efficiency.
  • Passionate about being in the field and providing in field support as needed.
  • Highly creative and curious mindset with penchant for thinking outside the box to drive results.
  • Proven ability to be a collaborative partner with many different stakeholders.

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 3 years of Relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and Presentation skills (adobe, google slides) and ability to always strive to create new ways of demonstrating ideas
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail sports betting a plus
  • Analytical
  • Self starter

The applicable salary range for this position is $70,000 to $97,000 which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
