Regional Market Recruiter - Houston Market
Office location: Kingwood Pines Hospital, 2001 Ladbrook Dr., Kingwood, TX 77339. May involves some travel to other hospital sites within the greater Houston area.
NOTE: This is not a remote position.
The Regional Recruiter provides recruiting and staffing services for assigned positions for multi-sites within a geographic location. The Regional Recruiter will oversee our full-cycle recruiting for four Houston area hospitals. The Recruiter responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, the candidate should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Coordinates with the HR Directors at each location regarding recruitment initiatives, to include compensation for all prospective applicants and other duties as assigned or directed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required; HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional certification (SHRM-CP) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in high-volume in Recruiting/Staffing, in a health care setting highly preferred. Five-eight (5-8) years of recent, full-cycle recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Additional Requirements:
· Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
· Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
· Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), such as iCIMS
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
