Peak Workforce Solutions is seeking a Regional Recruiter who is a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties.

The Regional Recruiter proactively searches for qualified job applicants for current or planned open positions. Identifies and screens candidates and conducts initial interviews via phone or online for all sites assigned to their region. Works with site personnel, district, and operations leaders to ensure staffing levels are maintained and applicant flow is continuous. Trains site leaders and site recruiters on recruiting, screening, and interviewing. Tracks and reports results using established metrics and trackers.

Compensation and Benefits:

$48,000 - $52,000/year

Essential Functions:

  • Interacts with job candidates via phone, social media, and professional networks
  • Crafts and sends recruiting emails and SMS texts
  • Coordinates with recruiters and hiring managers to determine position requirements
  • Analyzes resumes and applications accurately
  • Identifies qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
  • Interviews candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments.
  • Schedules candidates for interviews with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Develops talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Maintains an up-to-date and effective candidate database
  • Continuously identifies and sets up new recruiting sources
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time with overnight stays. Travel area: FL, SC, NC.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or similar role (1 year or more)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on job boards and social platforms)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge and use of Excel
  • Outstanding time-management abilities
  • Ability to work individually or on teams as required
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
