Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (New Jersey, Philadelphia, Delaware, Maryland/DC
Status: Full Time Salary FLSA Classification: Exempt
Summary of the Position: Regional Quality Improvement Director (RQID) plans, coordinates, and directs the Continuous Quality Improvement Program for the Mid-Atlantic Region (MAR). Additionally, the RQID provides clinical oversight for Outpatient Programs/Clinics through the Mid-Atlantic Region (MAR). The CQI program is designed to ensure quality control and quality assurance of all the company’s services consistent with established standards by performing specified duties directly or through department managers.
- The RQID oversees adherence to company practices and procedures for Medicaid, HIPAA, and other State/Federal regulations.
- The RQID is specifically responsible for RISK management as a component of the Continuous Quality Improvement Program.
- In addition, as an employee of YAP, the Quality Improvement Director will assume an active role in improving the departments/program’s outcomes and overall organization performance through participation in the company’s quality improvement activities.
Qualifications/Requirements: Master’s Degree from a four-year college or university in social work, psychology, or other behavioral health discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience
- LCSW, LPC, or LMFT; Licensed Professional is Preferred or LSW under supervision and with experience may be considered.
Travel will be required for this position
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and with minimum car insurance bodily injury liability limit of $100,000/$300,000
