We’re looking for a Regional Property Manager to join our growing team. The Regional Property Manager is part of our residential property management group and prepares individuals for potential advancement to larger area and regional property management assignments.

Job Description:
This position is empowered to oversee multiple apartment communities to ensure the overall operations of the property run efficiently include marketing, resident relations, facilities management, financial reporting and employee supervision.
What you will do:

• Coach Property Mangers as it relates to hiring, training, and compliance of Company Personnel policies.
• Oversees all advertising and marketing programs to successfully attract and retain residents.
• Effectively oversees all rent applications and renewals
• Oversees the facilities management of apartment communities to assure they meet the FRED Standards.
• Leads properties through the annual budget cycle and ensures adherence throughout the year.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Builds trust and communicates effectively within property, across company departments and in the community.
• Highly organized with a good attention to detail
• A solid understanding of MS Office and previous property management software; Entrata preferred.
• Knowledge of financial reporting
• Familiar with applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations

Education and Experience:

• Required – high school or equivalent
• Preferred – Associates or Bachelor’s degree
• 5-10 years multifamily property management experience
• CAM or CPM Designation
• Wisconsin Real Estate Sales License preferred
• New Construction and lease up experience desired
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
