Regional Operations Manager for Occupational Medicine Job at Beaumont Urgent Care
Job Description
The primary role of the Market Manager of Occupational Services is to lead workers compensation and employer service operations across all occupational medicine / hub locations in Michigan. The Market Manager will lead program development and expansion into new and existing markets, work with ops leaders to build strong teams with focus on delivering high level employer services to target markets. A successful candidate must possess strong interpersonal, communication and critical thinking skills. S/he must demonstrate sound judgement in decision making and the ability to drive results. The role reports directly to the Vice President, Michigan Market, with significant interactions with key field leaders.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Directs, organizes, and manages occupational medicine operations and works with sales team members to drive occupational medicine program success
- Responsible for expansion and growth of the occupational medicine program into existing and new markets.
- Routinely reports on sales, leads, targets and department performance
- Fosters a working environment that creates teammate engagement across departments and clinics
- Manage training initiatives to ensure competency in Occupational Services throughout the designated market.
- Responsible for achieving specific KPI – Y/Y revenue growth and market expansion goals
- Identify new markets for program expansion
- Increase WCES Revenue annually while maintaining EBITDA
- Partner and collaborate with RMD and other field leaders to ensure clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows supports the WellStreet mission
- Collectively lead occupational medicine operations to maintain synergies that optimize both employer and patient experience, through-put, and business operations
- Conduct timely annual performance evaluations and professional development coaching to direct reports
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Self-starter, able to work independently as well as with others.
