Regional Service Specialist
Location: West Chester
Type: Full Time
Minimum Experience: High School or GED, CAMT, EPA, Certification Trade School or Industry Training a Plus. Five years in Multifamily maintenance or similar field.
We are hiring for a Regional Service Specialist for our North Region. Travel areas will include Dublin, Bensalem, Southampton, Willow Grove, and Abington.
Pay & Benefits
$25-$27/hourly, eligible for up to a $1,400 annual travel reimbursement, and benefits. On the 1st of the month, following only 30 days of employment, you will be eligible for:

Role & Responsibilities
As the Regional Service Specialist your responsibilities will include:
- Respond quickly and courteously to assigned service requests, troubleshoot, and take the appropriate action to repair and/or restore service within the standards for quality and the timelines that have been established by the company.
- Assist in completing preventative maintenance tasks and inspections as directed by the Divisional Service Director
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and other property amenities as directed by Divisional Service Director
- Plan for and utilize regional resources, equipment, and supplies economically (i.e., obtaining bids/pricing from supply partners, or utilizing tools on multiple sites)
- Provide recommendations to Regional Property Manager and Divisional Service Manager when a supplier partner is needed to perform repairs or replacements.
- Communicate effectively with all team members with an emphasis on regular and ongoing communication with Service Manager and Community Managers at each community within the Region.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with EPA/OSHA standards for refrigerant
- Report all liability and property incidents to the Regional Property Manager and Divisional Service Director immediately
- Assist with snow removal efforts as needed
About You

- Solid hands-on skills and knowledge of all aspects of maintenance including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, construction, and carpentry
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to safely use small hand tools and power tools
- Ability to stay well organized, detailed, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for continuous learning and technical skill development
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Valid state-issued driver's license with safe driving record.
