- Coordinates with Hub staff to effectively advance the goals of all Hub programs / initiatives (Home Visiting, Community UPLiFT, and Preschool Promise, etc.) in a strategic manner.
- Facilitates meetings with partners, community and Hub staff including advisory workgroups and regional leadership meetings related to Hub activities and as requested by South-Central Early Learning Hub Director and community leaders; convenes regular meetings across the region to ensure consistent communication, collaboration, and feedback.
- Manages the program to ensure integration and completion of requirements, creating and tracking project timelines, when necessary, including completing grant reports and required updates. Consults with South-Central Early Learning Hub Director, Regional Governance Council, The Ford Family Foundation, and Portland State University, when necessary.
- Assists with the budget development, monitors expenditures to regularly recommend budget changes when necessary, and works with the South-Central Early Learning Hub Director to ensure compliance with budgetary requirements.
- Development and implementation of a coordinated, strategic plan with community leaders to support project goals across the three-county region.
- Development and implementation of a cross-model professional development plan with the use of local data, needs assessments, surveys, focus groups, memorandums of understanding, identifying trainings, etc.
- Development and implementation of a regional home visiting communication plan to guide work with home visiting system stakeholders in the community.
- Participate in Oregon MIECHV Systems Engagement quarterly cohort meetings, conference calls and emails. In person meetings will require travel and two nights of lodging.

Douglas ESD is accepting applications for a Regional Home Visiting Systems Facilitator. This position works 230 days, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: 12/06/22 at 5:00 pm
STARTING SALARY: $26.58– $34.26 (depending on relevant verifiable experience)
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health, social work, community health worker, or home visiting setting is preferred. Excellent project management skills, multi-tasking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Expert demonstration and knowledge in several or all areas of the position.
JOB SUMMARY: This position plays a key role in ensuring the success of the assigned program(s) to stay within the guidelines of the South-Central Early Learning Hub requirements. Responsible for bringing community partners together to identify opportunities to deliver on program / initiative outcomes and respond to specific community needs. This position will provide leadership to partners, bringing best practices on community engagement, education, and health for children.
