~ Job Summary - Regional Director of Operations of Food and Beverage is responsible for ESS Alaska land-based operations. Plans, directs, implements and assists with operational programs, policies, procedures to ensure contract compliance, profitability, safety and client satisfaction for multiple accounts across the United States. Manages all operational and business activities by performing duties personally or through subordinates.
