Boston Inc. (DBA Ashley Homestore), a 100% employee owned company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Delivery Manager to oversee our delivery & store warehouse team of 20 partners in the Fox Valley Region.
The Regional Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery operations for the stores in the Fox Valley Region, which includes Green Bay, Sheboygan, Oshkosh, and Appleton. In addition to overseeing the delivery team, the Delivery Manager will manage inbound and outbound product movement and customer pickups for these four stores.

What you will be doing each day:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the delivery team, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking deliveries -
Manage inbound and outbound product movement and customer pickups for the four stores in the Fox Valley region -
Ensure compliance with FMCSA standards, including monitoring driver performance -
Ensure the trucks are serviced regularly and maintained in good condition -
Monitor and manage quality variation and all lead measures to ensure successful deliveries -
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs -
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth delivery process -
Provide leadership and guidance to the delivery team to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
We are looking for individuals with:

2+ years of experience in delivery management or related field -
Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and compliance requirements -
Excellent leadership and management skills -
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
