Position Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of retail clinics for an assigned region. Maintain overall responsibility for quality of care, patient satisfaction, efficiency of clinic operations, customer service, revenue generation and profitability of the clinics in the region. Provide direct leadership and strategic direction for the clinical practice coordinators and all hourly associates. Build and foster partnerships with divisional, regional, and store level personnel. Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate clinical and administrative activities in the region in accordance with state regulations
- Provide mentorships for all providers and other regional employees
- Provide an environment of efficiency and standardized operations that allow all clinic staff to perform at the highest level of their ability while focusing on delivery of our mission, vision, and purpose
- Audit clinics to ensure compliance and survey readiness
- Monitor quality of care and patient satisfaction surveys, MIPS, Antibiotic Stewardship and take corrective action as required
- Develop and execute short and long-term strategic and financial operating plans and goals to build operational efficiency across The Little Clinic (TLC)
- Ensure that all clinics and associates meet all TLC operational policies and procedures, local, state, and federal requirements
- Participate and manage the regional budget development and performance
- Act as a liaison between retail management, corporate departments, division, clinic providers, and regional associates
- Provide leadership in developing clinic practices to build TLC's market share in the region
- Develop and maintain a high-quality team
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of competition and report findings
- Travel for regular site visits in assigned region to ensure excellence in execution of clinical practice and company initiatives
- Ensure effective communication of goals, priorities, and performance objectives/results with the region
- Foster professional relationship with collaborating physicians, other healthcare providers, business partners, educational institutions and professional networking groups throughout the community
- Advocate for retail health and the nurse practitioner/physician assistant profession
- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports

Minimum Position Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA certification
- 5+ years FNP or PA clinical experience
- Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a team-based environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent understanding and background of both clinical and business side of healthcare
Desired Previous Experience/Education
- 2+ years multi-site operations management experience in a consumer-driven healthcare environment
