Your role at Clorox:
The Regional Sales Manager role for BJ’s and Costco reporting into BJ’s Customer Team Lead. This opportunity is the primary Clorox interface and category expert with in BHVMS and Burt’s Bees for both Costco and BJ’s; Brita for BJ’s only. In this role you will be responsible for detailed analysis and reporting across all categories for BJ’s including business planning, forecasting and ad-hoc needs.

In this role, you will:
  • Customer Planning & Development: Understands and drives business planning for VMS, Brita and Burts. Delivers Joint Business Plans for these assigned categories at BJ’s and Costco that achieves results and are within trade budget.
  • Facilitate connection between BJ’s and Costco customer team, cross-functional resources and category counterparts.
  • Lead execution of volume, net sales, AMPS & profit objectives for VMS, Brita & Burts at BJ’s and Costco.
  • Create & Update complex reports for BJ’s and Sales team (all categories). Independently gather and interpret data to identify business drivers and opportunities.
  • Build capability to drive growth and eliminate waste: Uses appropriate tools, processes, resources to support field sales team and continue to identify opportunities for efficiencies.
What we look for:
  • 5+ years of analytical and/or sales experience with major CPG
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics; syndicated data (IRI and/or CAN), Advanced Excel and Microsoft products
  • Customer business planning process & tools (i.e. Exceedra, forecasting; budgeting)
  • Ability to learn and understand customer specific data
  • Analytical thinker: Key to this position is work at a very task oriented level paired with the ability to see the big picture
  • Ability to collaborate in a multi-functional team setting and work synergistically with others while exhibiting respect and positive attitude
  • Cross functional knowledge & influence
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills
  • Solution selling, strong customer knowledge, and innovative problem solver with a General Manager mindset
  • Well organized and ability to prioritize and self-manage workload; ability to take ownership of issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $101,100 - $194,200
–Zone B: $92,700 - $178,000
–Zone C: $84,300 - $161,800

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
