Onehome is looking for a Referral Partner Engagement Liaison.

Job Summary:

The Provider Engagement Liaison is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and to provide exceptional customer service to our referring physician partners. The Provider Engagement Liaison will answer partner inquiries regarding onehome’ s processes, services and provide positive outcomes to ensure provider and member satisfaction.

What to expect in your role:

  • Support, develop, and maintain relationships with all referring partners and their staff, as well as Referral Partner Engagement Executives
  • Research, track, and respond to all order status inquiries brought forth by Referral Partner Engagement Executives or Referring Providers
  • Assist with root-cause analysis and any subsequent internal meetings addressing or resolving the issue
  • Provide responsive and professional customer service to all partners on inbound/outbound calls, email, and fax communications
  • Perform duties to act as a liaison between partners including investigating and resolving provider issues.
  • Work with team members and Managers to identify process improvements
  • Utilize necessary resources and navigate systems efficiently to accurately verify and provide accurate information to inquiries received
  • Collaborate with management, as needed
  • Special Projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a health care setting
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Must possess superior organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Able to deal with conflict resolution, negotiating, instructing, persuading, speaking with others as well as responding appropriately to job performance feedback from the supervisor.
