Job Summary
Looking for full- or part-time employees to work 5-6 months making outbound calls to recruit insurance agents/agencies who sell or want to sell Individual/Family Plans to eligible prospects. Ideal candidates will have sales knowledge & recruitment experience or be willing to learn. The 5-month goal is to increase the number of selling agents in Berwick’s downline. Those employees who demonstrate success in recruitment may be offered a permanent position when the temporary assignment ends.
Position Responsibilities

Recruiting agents to contract w/ Berwick Insurance to sell IFP plans to consumers

Outbound / cold calls to insurance agents

Promote Berwick benefits to agent/agency partners

Work to achieve recruitment goals to maximize company growth

Model a high-level of professionalism and integrity with every interaction
Position Requirements

High School diploma / College Education a plus

Bilingual in English & Spanish, preferred

Proven sales experience and/or Cold Calling

High level of Integrity & Competitive Team-player
