General Description: The Recruiting Operations Analyst drives recruiting organizational change through creative use of data and metrics to guide the Company’s leadership team in making data-backed, strategic decisions. Incorporates tactical findings into innovating USI’s candidate-facing brand.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data using quantitative and qualitative methods. Make recommendations to leadership on Company recruiting strategy.
- Drive process improvements by working with internal partners to execute recruiting strategies.
- Create and evaluate reports on hiring trends, turnover rates, candidate feedback. Develop and execute corrective action plans, including plans for data integrity and accuracy, as needed.
- Develop strategic working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and other internal stakeholders
- Create monthly and ad hoc reporting for executive meetings.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Concentration in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process. Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and customer relationship management tools a plus
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing focuses.
- Project management experience with the ability to plan and execute key deliverables. Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
