Victoria’s Secret is looking for Contract Recruiting Coordinators to join our Distribution Center Talent Acquisition team. This is an individual contributor position responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for seasonal distribution center openings in Columbus, Ohio.

Candidates need to be available for work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (overtime and weekend hours as needed). We have 2 On-Site Employment Centers – Located at Easton and E. Broad St. in Reynoldsburg. Candidates need to be flexible to work at either location as we float staff between the locations. However, it is a possibility that these positions will work from home for a period during the contract. Home high-speed internet and a quiet place to work will be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review all seasonal candidate applications
• Pre-screen and schedule qualified candidates for on-site interviews
• Actively source and reach out to potential candidates as needed
• Ensure ample candidates are scheduled to meet hiring requests
• Support with front desk duties at the employment center as needed based on candidate traffic.

• Broad understanding of distribution center positions preferred
