Milestone Retirement Communities LLC is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator.

This position is fully remote working from one of these states: Arizona, California, Colorado; Idaho; Montana; Nevada; Oklahoma, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.

Pay: $20.50 (hourly)

We are looking for a talented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for assisting our Support Center and Senior Living communities with the hiring and onboarding process using iSolved Hire and iSolved HCM.

As a recruiting coordinator, you have thorough knowledge of HR best practices and have innovative ideas for recruiting top talent. If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think 'outside-the-box' and who finish projects in a timely manner.

What does the Recruiting Coordinator do?

  • Assist in the design and implementation of recruiting strategies
  • Consult with communities to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
  • Conduct phone and/or Zoom interviews
  • Help the hiring teams with electronic Hiring and Onboarding processes
  • Manage Zendesk Recruiting Support ticketing system
  • Administer hiring and onboarding processes through iSolved Hire and iSolved HCM.
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods

Requirements:

  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or Recruiter
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems

Essential Functions:

  • Establishes and maintains relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs in the communities. Update job templates and posts ads on selected job boards.
  • Contacts applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection and assists Recruiting Manager with scheduling interviews.
  • Conducts searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and associate referrals.
  • Maintains the lead and contact database with tracking history.
  • Arranges for interviews and provides travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Reviews and evaluates applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes.
  • Conducts references on applicants.
  • Maintains current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
  • Performs other duties as needed or assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced computer experience and skill in usage of the internet, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Has knowledge of HR policies and procedures
