• Reports directly to the Human Resources and Recruitment Manager
• Develop recruitment goals and objectives
• Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
• Maintain engagement with both passive and active candidates
• Screen resumes and conducts interviews daily
• Maintain resume database and ATS to make sure all candidate information is recorded throughout the interview and hiring process
• Manage the full onboarding of every employee hired
• Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies
• Utilize a multi-channel approach to candidate sourcing
• Adhere to federal, state, and local hiring and employment laws, rules, and regulations
• Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
• Prepare a weekly progress report on candidate flow and onboarding

• Associates degree required/Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, Business, Marketing, or Human Resources
• Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
• Passionate about communicating with individuals from all walks of life
• Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing are helpful but not required
• Familiarity with ATS helpful
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
