Recruiting Coordinator Job at HMG Plus, Inc.
- Reports directly to the Human Resources and Recruitment Manager
- Develop recruitment goals and objectives
- Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
- Maintain engagement with both passive and active candidates
- Screen resumes and conducts interviews daily
- Maintain resume database and ATS to make sure all candidate information is recorded throughout the interview and hiring process
- Manage the full onboarding of every employee hired
- Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies
- Utilize a multi-channel approach to candidate sourcing
- Adhere to federal, state, and local hiring and employment laws, rules, and regulations
- Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
- Prepare a weekly progress report on candidate flow and onboarding
Requirements/Qualifications
- Associates degree required/Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, Business, Marketing, or Human Resources
- Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
- Passionate about communicating with individuals from all walks of life
- Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing are helpful but not required
- Familiarity with ATS helpful
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Eagerness to grow within a small company!
