Victoria’s Secret is looking for Contract Recruiters to join our Distribution Center Talent Acquisition team who will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and attracting top talent to join the company and support product movement throughout our distribution center network in Columbus, Ohio.

The person in this position will:

• Select or reject candidates by following predetermined interview criteria
• Share company and job-related information to inform candidates of the nature and requirements of the positions.
• Have knowledge and adhere to all applicable employment laws in their activities
• Create positive impressions and goodwill in the community.

Skills to bring to the Position:

• 1-2 years HR experience involving Non-Exempt workforce selection or experience in high-volume hiring a plus
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, and selecting applicants
• Knowledge of employment laws
• Familiarity with distribution center and warehouse associate selection a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Displays self-motivation, a sense of urgency, and a strong sense of initiative to make independent decisions
• Proven team player
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Strong sense of accuracy and follow-through.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Previous recruiting experience preferred
• Previous experience with Candidate Relationship Management programs, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other technical experience preferred
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel.)
• Available for work Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm (overtime and weekend hours as needed)
• We have 2 On-Site Employment Centers – Located at Easton and E. Broad St. in Reynoldsburg. Candidates need to be flexible to work at either location as we float staff between the locations. However, it is a possibility that these positions will work from home for a period during the contract. Home high-speed internet and a quiet place to work will be required.
