Recruiter I, Suicide Prevention Center

This is a fully remote position. The pay range for this role is between $64,500 - $69,100 annually.

Summary

Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting to include sourcing, recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). You will be the dedicated resource tasked with staffing up our Suicide Prevention Center.


Primary Duties

  • Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing and program needs.
  • Assist with the development of new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
  • Manages current activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by tracking, analyzing, and reporting on trends and data.
  • Performs recruitment, selection and other employment activities for all positions.
  • Identifies and contracts with employment agencies, online recruiting sources, and other recruiting sources to source job applicants; writes copy and places employment advertisements and job postings in appropriate media locations.
  • Screens resumes, schedules and conducts interviews, makes recommendations to managers; conducts background/reference checking, negotiates and coordinates offer.
  • Provides advice and guidance to management in making employment-related decisions.
  • Maintains all resumes, application forms, applicant flow logs in compliance with applicable laws.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; SHRM certification desired.
  • Minimum of three years progressive recruitment experience.
  • The ability to implement new recruitment policies and procedures designed to meet organization goals and objectives.
  • A working knowledge of Didi Hirsch’s policies as they relate to employment.
  • Effective oral and written communications skills sufficient to write comprehensive reports and policies, and to successfully interface with all levels of management and staff.
  • Basic accounting and general math skills sufficient to analyze compensation and benefits data, and prepare associated reports.
  • Personal computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and HRIS Systems.
  • The analytical skills, experience and good judgment to make decisions within policies.
  • A commitment to team objectives and Didi Hirsch philosophies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs by acquiring new skills and knowledge.
