Teri's Health Services is a mobile provider that has providers going into homes and facility treatment centers to provide primary care, psychiatric and counseling services. We are seeking a full time Human Resource Generalist. Only a person with a minimum of 2 verified work experience in similar agencies and companies will be considered.

This position will be an in office position in Phoenix.

Job Functions:

* Recruiting, interviewing, hiring

* Assist with processing all new hires

* Assist with disciplinary actions and track these actions

* Assist in keeping employee files up to date including certifications, licenses, etc.

* Provide weekly updates to HR Manager/CEO/COO

EXPECTATIONS

* Organized and self- motivated

* Professional and ability to handle situations with confidentiality and professionalism.

* Work with under stress and deadlines

* Great time management

* Strong communication skills

* Experienced in basic software programs such as Microsoft and ADP (preferred)

* Understanding of policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS (preferred)

2 years or more in similar setting and job setting

1 year with ADP workforce experience

HR certification preferred or a bachelors degree in HR

Fingerprint clearance card - level one (you have to be able to acquire this)

submit to background check

submit three references: 2 past supervisors and 1 peer employee

submit to random drug screenings

pay is negotiable and will include performance based increased after 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
