Nokomis is seeking a versatile and creative recruiting professional. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability and experience in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for a variety of skilled and corporate needs. Initiative, leadership, and aptitude for targeting key talent by both traditional and non-traditional means and resources are just some of the types of attributes we are seeking to fill out our recruiting team.

This is a direct-hire/full-time, salaried position (M-F, 40 hrs/week with occasional overtime and expected additional hours as needed). Please be aware that, due to our work with government contracts, all Nokomis employees must be U.S. citizens. This position may require occasional business-related travel.

PRIMARY DUTIES

· Actively source candidates through high priority needs daily and manage outreach through multiple communication layers with the candidate, the executive leadership team, as well as hiring managers through a full-cycle process

· Perform phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications

· Run background checks, coordinate interviews through pre-meetings, setting up interview itinerary, and follow-up with leadership team as well as the candidate

· Computer and recruiting ATS experience a plus

· Technical knowledge a plus

· Ability to adapt, be flexible, and adjust to schedule fluctuation on interview days

· Understanding of recruiting profession, the current market, and salary rates and ranges for technical positions in smaller companies (5-15 million in revenue annually, for example)

· Communicate accurately with all team members and employees

· Discuss, suggest, and plan for implementation on new, trending, and/or creative and evolving hiring processes

· Assist with on-boarding new employees

· Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Must be a U.S. citizen with an ability to pass a background screening

· Must work on-site, M-F 8-5

· 2+ years previous recruiting experience

· Exceptional communication skills and professional phone presence

· Proven ability to collaborate with many other teams within the organization

· Meticulous attention to detail for evaluating resumes and skill sets as well as possessing supreme organization skills

· Sound analytical skills for tracking and applying metrics to recruiting efforts

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

· Technical recruiting experience, preferred

· Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree in relevant field such as human resources, business management, communications, etc., preferred

Base salary negotiatble depending on previous recruiting experience.

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
