We’re on the search for a candidate who exhibits high accountability, excellent communication skills and a passion for integrity and transparency with a desire to contribute to our organization's reputation and success.

You will source top talent in the fashion industry, interview, oversee offer negotiations, and work with our partners and executive teams with a high degree of urgency to relay information and to respond to information requests with professionalism.

Requirements:

· 3+ years as a corporate recruiter within the fashion, accessory, cosmetics, consumer industry (highly preferred)

· High level of proficiency using LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment social media platforms

· Excellent and influential communication skills; able to maneuver through difficult conversations with honest diplomacy

· Proven ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

· Experience recruiting a high volume of positions

· Excel proficiency

· Bachelor’s degree a plus

Responsibilities:

· Maintains accurate and concise records regarding the recruitment and selection process

· Relentless pursuit to find the high potential talent through various networking channels

· Ability to create compelling, relatable, attractive ads

· Ensures a positive experience through frequent opportunities to over-communicate with all parties involved in the process (candidates, hiring managers)

· Ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects and provide strong feedback - This role may recruit across multiple disciplines

· Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver
