PT Receptionist (Mon, Tues, Fri) – Doctor's Office, Denville, NJ
Essential Functions:
- Greets and directs patients.
- Promptly and courteously answers and directs all calls.
- Responds to inquiries, gives direction and provides assistance as needed.
- Keeps informed of company policies and procedures, answers related internal and external questions.
- Promotes positive client/resident relations for all customers by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with residents, clients, family members, visitors, those seeking our services, and team members clearly and respectfully.
- Displays behavior that supports Fellowship’s mission, vision, values, policies, and Fellowship Spirit; consistently performs position responsibilities in a professional and ethical manner.
- Customer service experience, preferably in medical office setting.
- PC literate, MS Office Suite.
- Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere. Must effectively prioritize tasks and complete them under time constraints.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and to provide information with courtesy and tact.
- Ability to function independently, have flexibility, and demonstrate personal integrity when interacting with clients/residents, families, team members, and others.
- Ability to respond to and work with a mature resident population, creating a warm, caring and supportive environment for the enjoyment of the on-campus and off campus clients and to promote this philosophy to all team members.
