You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing order desk practices and personnel (Customer Service Representatives) to provide optimum service to customers. That’s year one. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Operate telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation. (50%)
- Scan and uploading documents into internal ERP system. (10%)
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. (5%)
- Direct visitors by utilizing employee and department directories. (5%)
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival. (5%)
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges. (5%)
- Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. (5%)
- Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. (5%)
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail. (5%)
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasked as directed by the Inside Sales management team. (5%)

PAY
$17.55 - $21.92 / Hour
