LA BEAUTY SKIN CENTER is looking for full time/part time Receptionist Position Summary: We need an energized, responsible and detailed oriented individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team of professionals. Candidate must possess knowledge, flexibility and passion for the services that we provide. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and pay close attention to details at all times is a must.

Duties will include but not limited to:
- Providing patients with exceptional customer service and highest level of satisfaction
- Ensuring safety of clients at all times
- Examining each client’s history and scheduling appointments
- Making sure each client is happy and satisfied
- Documenting all treatments and making notes for each individual
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Demonstrating accuracy and detail orientation
- Sharing views and giving suggestions to improve quality of service
- Undertaking additional duties as assigned
