- Responsible for answering the phones and greeting visitors
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and their families
- Professional and positive attitude and appearance
- Ensure work area is clean and presentable at all times
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is detail-oriented and organized
- Has the ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Willing to learn new things
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with utilizing computers
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
We provide 24/7 coverage for our residents, so we have a variety of shifts available day, or night, weekdays, and weekends. Flexible scheduling to fit your needs. Full-time and Part-time positions available.
Hourly rates that start at $17.00 hr.
Fulltime Receptionists are eligible for a great benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans and a 401k plan with a 4% employer match.
